From product link to parcel decision.

This guide adapts the common Kakobuy spreadsheet loop for KakoVault: find a source, verify the live listing, submit carefully, then treat warehouse QC and freight as separate decisions.

Purchase loop

Seven steps, no shortcuts.

Use this as a checklist beside the current Kakobuy interface. Labels can change, so follow the live UI you actually see.

Pick a lane

Start from Spreadsheet or Finds so you are comparing similar products instead of random keyword results.

Open the source page

Use the product destination on the source catalog or the original marketplace link. Check title, images, option names, stock, price and seller details.

Copy the exact URL

Paste only the live product URL into Kakobuy. If auto-detection fails, manually enter the product name, selected option, price and notes carefully.

Submit with variant notes

Record size, color, batch, seller message and any measurement request. A copied row without variant context is easy to misorder.

Wait for warehouse receipt

After the seller ships domestically, Kakobuy receives, weighs and photographs the item. Do not approve shipment before the exact item is visible.

Review QC realistically

Compare warehouse photos with the ordered variant. Apparel checks usually cover color, size labels and visible condition, not authenticity or long-term quality.

Build the parcel

Estimate international freight from actual and volumetric weight. Bulky shoes, jackets and packaging can change the total more than the item price suggests.

Keep evidence before paying.

KakoVault does not sell or process orders. The practical value here is keeping source evidence together so each later decision has context.

What if the seller changes the listing?

Recheck before submitting. Spreadsheet and catalogue pages are discovery tools; the seller page controls live stock, option names and price.

What can QC prove?

QC helps confirm visible condition and selected variant. It does not prove authenticity, durability, comfort, scent, electronics function or customs eligibility.
