How a Kakobuy spreadsheet actually works

A spreadsheet is usually a directory of links. It is not the seller, the purchasing agent, a quality guarantee or a live inventory system.

1. Start with the original marketplace page

Community sheets commonly organize URLs from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688. The external listing remains the current source for price, stock, seller information and available options. A copied title or price may become stale.

2. Submit the link to the purchasing agent

A shopping agent acts as an intermediary for buyers who cannot easily purchase or receive domestic delivery from the marketplace. After a supported URL is submitted, the agent may translate the listing and expose its variants. Check that the imported option names and price still match the original page.

3. The seller ships domestically to a warehouse

The product first travels inside China to the agent warehouse. This is separate from international shipping. Processing time and domestic delivery depend on the seller and listing.

4. Review warehouse evidence

Warehouse photos can help confirm visible attributes such as color, selected size label, obvious damage and the received item. They cannot prove material composition, long-term durability or authenticity. Compare them with the exact source option rather than a different seller or batch.

5. Price the international parcel

The item price is not the delivered total. International freight may depend on actual weight, volumetric weight, destination, line restrictions, packaging and optional services. Use the agent current estimator after warehouse measurements are available.

What KakoVault verifies

For catalog records, KakoVault checks the public title, main image, displayed reference price, destination URL and date of observation. We do not certify authenticity or product quality, and we do not process transactions.
